CSCA Trainer

Position: Freelance Location: Remote Job Responsibility
  1. Deliver CSCA courses in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or Professional Chinese based on students’ academic levels
  2. Design and implement structured teaching plans aligned with the CSCA syllabus
  3. Provide personalized academic guidance to help students overcome learning difficulties and improve performance
  4. Assess student progress through quizzes, assignments, and periodic evaluations, and provide constructive feedback
  5. Encourage active classroom participation to develop problem-solving, logical thinking, and academic communication skills
  6. The class will be taught in English or Chinese
Qualifications
  1. Strong academic background in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or Professional Chinese
  2. Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant field (teaching or CSCA-related experience is a plus)
  3. Able to teach and communicate academically in English and/or Chinese
  4. Strong Mandarin proficiency for Professional Chinese classes (HSK 6 preferred)
  5. Comfortable with online teaching platforms and digital teaching tools
  6. Patient, responsible, and able to motivate students to achieve learning goals
Referral Fee: IDR 200,000 for each teacher successfully hired through your recommendation. Benefit
